Our colleagues from all levels, who work on our campuses, have responsibilities such as commitment to corporate values, awareness of representation, continuous development, and enhancement of equipment within the framework of corporate mission and vision, which are the requirements of being under a corporate roof. We expect all of our stakeholders to understand the importance of establishing valuable human relations, as well as the care they show for institutionalism. We believe in the power of experience and knowledge. While we support the development of our colleagues with training and seminars that will contribute to their careers, we aim to be a stakeholder in their transformation with the feedback we provide as they interact.
